Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Verification helps establish identity context but is not a guarantee of another person’s conduct.

Trips, shared rides and conduct

Trip hosts and travellers are responsible for reviewing the route, vehicle, group, cost contribution and safety expectations before agreeing to travel. Ghumakkad provides a discovery and coordination platform and is not the driver, tour operator or travel agency for user-posted journeys.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, illegal activity and unsafe driving are prohibited. Helmets and appropriate protective gear are mandatory for bike journeys. Drivers must hold a valid licence and comply with applicable road and vehicle laws.

Rentals, payments and subscriptions

Rental availability, deposits, cancellation terms and eligibility may vary by provider and product. Review the checkout summary before payment. Subscription benefits, billing cycle and renewal terms must be shown at purchase. Payments and refunds are processed under the applicable provider and order policy.

Ratings, content and moderation

Ratings, comments, chat messages and reports must be honest and relevant. You grant Ghumakkad the limited right to host and display content needed to provide the service. We may remove content, restrict accounts or preserve records when needed for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

SOS and emergency support

SOS is an assistance feature, not a replacement for police, ambulance or other emergency services. Availability depends on device permissions, connectivity and location accuracy. In an emergency in India, contact the appropriate authority directly, including 112 where available.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your personal safety decisions, insurance, documents, fitness, equipment and compliance with local law. To the extent permitted by law, Ghumakkad is not responsible for user conduct or losses caused by independent travellers, hosts or rental providers.

Changes, suspension and contact

We may update these terms, suspend unsafe or fraudulent use, or discontinue features. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Questions can be sent to legal@codebro.co.in.
